This role involves leading the Finance Transformation Management Office to drive strategic financial initiatives and ensure the successful execution of transformation projects. You will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end transformation lifecycle, from planning and design to implementation and optimization. The position requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to align financial strategies with business objectives and deliver measurable value to the organization. You will also be tasked with establishing governance frameworks and monitoring key performance indicators to ensure project success and compliance with regulatory standards.

• Lead the Finance Transformation Management Office to define and execute strategic financial initiatives
• Oversee the end-to-end transformation lifecycle, including planning, design, implementation, and optimization
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial strategies with broader business objectives
• Establish and maintain governance frameworks to ensure project compliance and quality standards
• Monitor key performance indicators and deliver regular reports to stakeholders on transformation progress
• Manage stakeholder relationships and communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial audiences

• Proven experience leading Finance Transformation Management Offices or similar strategic initiatives
• Strong background in financial management, process optimization, and change management
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and drive decision-making
• Demonstrated leadership in managing cross-functional teams and driving organizational change
• Professional certification in finance or management (e.g., CPA, CFA, PMP) is highly desirable
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to influence stakeholders at all levels
