IT One SAP MM Support - Accenture

This role focuses on providing technical support for SAP Materials Management (MM) modules within Accenture's IT infrastructure. The position requires managing system configurations, resolving user issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of SAP processes. The team collaborates closely with business units to identify requirements and implement effective solutions that align with organizational goals. The role involves regular system maintenance, troubleshooting, and process optimization to maintain high service standards.

• Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for SAP Materials Management modules
• Troubleshoot and resolve system errors and user access issues
• Perform system configuration changes and maintenance activities
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand functional requirements
• Document technical procedures and maintain system logs

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in SAP MM support or implementation
• Strong knowledge of SAP Materials Management processes and configuration
• Experience with SAP ERP modules and IT infrastructure management
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA or other SAP modules
• Knowledge of database management and SQL
• Certification in SAP MM or related areas
• Ability to work in a fast-paced consulting environment
