Expression of Interests: Telecom Project Manager (Data Center)

CBRE is seeking a full-time Telecom Project Manager to lead telecommunications and network infrastructure works within large-scale data centre projects across Thailand. The role covers the full project lifecycle, including planning, design coordination, construction, testing, commissioning, and handover, while coordinating clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors.

The successful candidate should have approximately 10-15 years of relevant project management experience and a degree in telecommunications, electrical, electronics, civil, or construction engineering, construction management, or a related discipline. The role requires expertise in fibre optic networks, structured cabling, project controls, procurement, contractor management, and mission-critical or infrastructure environments.

Lead telecommunications and network infrastructure projects within data centre environments

Coordinate technical deliverables and design activities with internal and external stakeholders

Manage schedules, budgets, risk registers, procurement, and project reporting

Oversee construction quality, safety, compliance, contractor engagement, and vendor management

Manage testing, commissioning, documentation, and operational handover

Bachelor's degree in telecommunications, electrical, electronics, or civil engineering, construction management, or a related discipline

Approximately 10-15 years of relevant project management experience

Experience delivering telecommunications or network infrastructure projects in data centres or large-scale infrastructure developments

Strong knowledge of fibre optic networks, structured cabling, and telecommunications infrastructure

Experience managing contractors, consultants, suppliers, and multiple stakeholder groups
