Holiday Plus Consultant

The Holiday Plus Consultant works at the MiVC Bangkok Riverside Preview Centre for Minor Vacation Club, a vacation ownership programme under Minor Vacations. The role presents the Club Explorer Package / Holiday Plus Package to prospective guests, makes outbound sales calls, and promotes discounted holiday packages to convert guests into package holders.

The consultant is expected to follow approved presentation materials, pricing guidelines, and closing procedures, complete required documentation, and maintain high product knowledge through training. The position also involves delivering warm customer service, adhering to corporate policies, and completing other duties assigned by management.

Prepare each day to meet guests professionally and achieve established goals within set time frames.

Present the Club Explorer Package / Holiday Plus Package information according to training specifications and management direction.

Make outbound dials at a rate of 3 hours a day to sell a discounted holiday package and meet efficiency guidelines.

Use approved presentation and support materials exclusively, present appropriate pricing, and follow approved closing procedures.

Complete all required new package holder documentation and greet/exit guests in a warm, friendly manner.

Uphold SOP and Business rules at all times.

Maintain a professional and personal image that upholds MiVC standards of integrity, quality, and service.

Maintain the highest level of company and competition product knowledge by attending all required training sessions.

Adhere to all established presentations and corporate policies and procedures.

Complete other duties as requested or assigned by management.
