Section Manager - Security Operation (Lotus Office)

The Section Manager - Security Operation (Lotus Office) leads security operations for CP Axtra in Bangkok, contributing security guidance and operating practices, ensuring controls and compliance, and managing security requests and incidents through ITSM. The role includes monitoring security tools, maintaining security-related system inventories and change management, performing problem and root-cause analysis, and identifying gaps in existing or proposed architectures.

The manager collaborates with IT teams on internal and external audits and works with colleagues and partners to ensure controls meet regulatory and legal requirements. Candidates need a bachelor's or associate degree in IT, computer science, or a related field and at least two years of experience in security design, operation, or implementation.

• Contribute security guidance and operational best practices to colleagues and partners
• Ensure security controls and compliance are applied across the company environment
• Operate and monitor antivirus, VA scan, WAF, PAM, DNS, certificate, firewall, and proxy tools
• Manage security requests and incidents through ITSM, including problem and root-cause analysis
• Identify security gaps, recommend enhancements, and support internal and external audits

• Bachelor's or associate degree in IT, computer science, or a related field
• At least 2 years of experience in security design, operation, or implementation
• Expertise in firewalls, IDS/IPS, network access controls, and network segmentation
• Experience with Windows, Linux, and UNIX operating systems
• Knowledge of information security principles and practices such as ISO 27001, PCI DSS, OWASP, and GDPR/PDPA
