Customer Experience

The Customer Experience role sits within the Digital & Technology division of KKP (Kiatnakin Phatra Bank) in Bangkok. The position focuses on UX/UI design, collaborating with product owners, researchers, developers, and data engineers to translate user needs into well-crafted digital experiences. Responsibilities include gathering requirements, conducting user research and usability testing, creating wireframes and UI, maintaining the design system, and iterating designs based on feedback.

The role requires a bachelor's degree or higher in design, HCI, or a related field, plus mid-level to senior experience in UX/UI design with a strong portfolio. Candidates must be proficient in Figma, Sketch, or similar tools, demonstrate strong analytical and communication skills, and ideally have knowledge of financial or investment products.

Collaborate with product owners and data engineers/scientists to gather and evaluate user requirements and identify pain points

Use user research, data analytics, and usability testing to inform design decisions and measure impact

Create user flows, wireframes, UI, and user interactions aligned with design principles and the design system

Work closely with product owners, developers, visual designers, UX writers, and data engineers/scientists on design solutions

Iterate on designs based on usability testing and stakeholder feedback; maintain a library of design assets using a design system approach

Bachelor's degree or higher in design, human-computer interaction, or related fields

Mid-level to senior-level experience in UX and UI design with a strong portfolio

Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or similar software; mastery of Figma is a strong advantage

Strong critical and system thinking, logical and analytical reasoning skills

Excellent communication and presentation skills; team spirit and collaboration abilities

Knowledge or experience in financial or investment products is a plus
