Customer Service Representative

AIG Insurance Thailand is hiring a Customer Service Representative (Inbound) based in Bangkok on a full-time basis. The role involves handling inbound customer enquiries, assessing customer needs, providing timely and accurate resolutions, maintaining records in internal CRM systems, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to resolve escalated cases. The position requires experience in customer service, call center, insurance, banking, or other customer-facing roles, with strong communication skills in Thai and English, multitasking ability, problem-solving skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service systems.

Deliver exceptional customer service through professional handling of inbound enquiries

Assess customer needs and provide timely, accurate resolutions

Maintain accurate and complete records of customer interactions in internal CRM systems

Provide customers with information and guidance on insurance products and services

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to effectively manage and resolve escalated cases

Experience in customer service, call center, insurance, banking, or other customer-facing roles is preferred

Strong communication skills in Thai and English

Ability to multitask across systems while supporting customers

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant customer service systems

Resilient and able to remain professional in challenging situations
