Complex Claim Adjuster

AIG is hiring a Complex Claim Adjuster to join its Claims team in Bangkok, handling complex and high-severity Property & Casualty claims, including litigated matters and customer complaints. The role involves managing end-to-end claim resolution, providing technical guidance to colleagues, partnering with internal and external stakeholders, and driving process improvements while maintaining sound reserving and compliance practices.

The position requires proven experience in Property & Casualty claims handling, including complex and litigated cases, with strong technical knowledge of coverage, investigation, reserving, and resolution. Candidates must have fluency in Thai and full professional proficiency in English, along with strong analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Manage complex Property & Casualty claims, including complaints and litigated cases, ensuring timely and compliant claim resolution

Provide technical expertise and guidance on complex claims to colleagues and business stakeholders

Maintain claims quality through claim reviews, sound reserving practices, and adherence to regulatory and internal standards

Drive process and workflow improvements to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience

Oversee external partners, including loss adjusters and legal counsel, to ensure service quality and compliance

Proven experience in Property & Casualty claims handling, including complex and litigated claims

Strong technical knowledge of coverage interpretation, investigation, reserving, and claims resolution

Experience managing customer complaints and external partners, including loss adjusters and legal counsel

Strong analytical, negotiation, and decision-making skills

Fluency in Thai and full professional proficiency in English
