HVAC Equipment Service Engineer /Technician

Johnson Controls is hiring an HVAC Equipment Service Engineer/Technician based in Bangkok, Thailand, on a full-time basis. The role focuses on inspection, maintenance, and preventive maintenance repair of mechanical and electrical components within data center environments to meet Service Level Agreements. The technician works with site Health & Safety officers to uphold environmental and safety compliance, engages with customers on service requests, and supports growth of the after-sales service business.

Candidates should have at least 5 years of mechanical or electrical experience, ideally from commercial, data center, high-tech, healthcare, or manufacturing industries. The role requires understanding of electrical and mechanical systems in data centers, strong communication skills, English proficiency, attention to detail, and willingness to travel and be on 24/7 standby call-out.

Responsible for all regional service calls and Service Level Agreements (SLA) in place.

Engage directly with customers to fulfill service requests and maintenance opportunities.

Engage with customer operations teams to ensure smooth running of all local assets.

Report all works undertaken via system and work with mechanical/electrical operatives or subcontractors.

Develop a qualified pipeline of service opportunities and support growth of the after-sales service business.

At least 5 years' mechanical or electrical experience, preferably from commercial, data center, high-tech, healthcare or manufacturing industries.

Understanding of electrical and mechanical systems in data center environments and controls/monitoring systems.

Quick learning capabilities and adaptability to new processes, procedures, and equipment.

Strong communication skills with proficiency in English; Dutch knowledge advantageous.

Ability to work on standby including 24/7 call-out emergency and willingness to travel.
