Personal Loan-Legal

The Personal Loan-Legal role manages outsourced operations officers handling court-awarded personal loan borrowers, including asset investigation and legal enforcement cases. The position coordinates with borrowers, external debt collection companies, law firms, branches, and other related parties to support debt recovery.

The successful candidate will meet KPI targets, monitor case progress, communicate bank policies, answer debt-related questions, and ensure compliance with the bank’s collection policies, Bank of Thailand regulations, and borrowers’ basic rights. The role also involves other assignments and coordination with relevant departments.

Monitor and control outsourced operations officers handling court-awarded personal loan borrowers and legal enforcement cases.

Provide service guidance and resolve overdue-payment issues involving borrowers, external collection companies, and law firms.

Work toward assigned KPIs while complying with bank and Bank of Thailand debt collection policies and borrowers’ basic rights.

Track legal case progress and review debt recovery reports from external collection companies and law firms.

Communicate bank policies and answer debt-related questions for customers, collection companies, branches, and other stakeholders.

Bachelor’s degree.

At least 1 year of experience in personal loan debt collection, asset investigation, and legal enforcement.

At least 1 year of experience supervising external debt collection companies.

Strong communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and coordination skills.

Computer and basic application skills, along with the ability to work under pressure.
