A&A: Manager - Senior Manager (Accounting & Reporting Assurance)

Deloitte's Assurance practice in Bangkok is hiring a Manager to Senior Manager for the Accounting & Reporting Advisory team. The role leads advisory engagements across industries, advising clients on complex accounting, financial reporting, and IFRS matters, conducting technical research, and managing multiple engagements while coaching team members and supporting business development.

Candidates should be qualified accountants with at least 7 years of relevant experience in accounting advisory, audit, or financial reporting, ideally in a multinational environment. A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field is required, with a CPA and/or master's degree preferred, along with strong IFRS knowledge and English proficiency.

Lead and support the delivery of Accounting & Reporting Advisory engagements across diverse industries, ensuring high-quality and timely project execution

Advise clients on complex accounting, financial reporting, and IFRS-related matters, providing practical and commercially relevant solutions

Conduct technical research, analyze financial and operational data, and develop clear recommendations through stakeholder engagement and client interviews

Build and maintain strong client relationships while collaborating effectively with internal teams and stakeholders to deliver integrated solutions

Manage multiple priorities and engagements, ensuring compliance with professional standards, quality requirements, and project timelines

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field; CPA and/or Master's degree preferred

Qualified accountant with experience in accounting advisory, audit, or financial reporting

Minimum 7 years of relevant experience, preferably within a multinational environment

Strong technical knowledge of IFRS

Experience in financial close, consolidation, and financial reporting processes
