Audio Transcription - Vietnamese (Thailand)

RWS TrainAI is recruiting freelance audio transcribers based in Thailand to transcribe Vietnamese audio recordings, supporting the improvement of AI-generated content and automatic speech recognition (ASR) systems. Transcribers listen to audio clips in their native language, transcribe them verbatim, and follow provided guidelines to ensure accuracy and consistency while meeting deadlines.

The role is remote, part-time (10+ hours per week) with a flexible schedule and an immediate start. It suits students, recent graduates, stay-at-home parents, gig workers, or professionals seeking flexible remote work. Candidates must be native-level Vietnamese speakers based in Thailand with good English comprehension, attention to detail, reliable high-speed internet, and headphones.

Listen to audio recordings in Vietnamese.

Transcribe audio clips verbatim, capturing exactly what is heard.

Follow provided transcription guidelines to ensure accuracy and consistency.

Deliver high-quality transcriptions within assigned deadlines.

Help create ground-truth data used to evaluate and improve ASR systems.

Native-level speaker of Vietnamese.

Must be based in Thailand.
