T&T Senior Consultant - Deloitte Digital (Salesforce Functional) - TH

Deloitte in Thailand is hiring a Senior Consultant in its Technology & Transformation practice, Deloitte Digital, focused on Salesforce functional consulting in Bangkok. The role serves as an expert in digital sales and marketing automation, providing deep understanding of relevant Salesforce solutions.

Duties include gathering business requirements, functional and process design (scenario design, flow mapping, customer journeys), prototyping, configuration, testing, training, and defining support procedures. The consultant leads design and implementation of technology and creative business solutions for iconic brands, leads projects, builds client stakeholder relationships, collaborates with digital experts, and supports RFP and proposal responses. Requirements include a relevant tertiary qualification, 2-5 years of consulting or CRM implementation experience, Salesforce functional expertise, and good English communication skills.

Be an expert in the Digital Sales and Marketing Automation domain with deep understanding of relevant Salesforce solutions

Responsible for business requirements, functional design, process design, prototyping, configuration, testing, training, and defining support procedures

Lead on the design and implementation of technology and creative business solutions for iconic brands

Take the lead on projects and build lasting relationships with key client stakeholders and sponsors

Collaborate with digital experts across disciplines and support the Digital team in RFP and proposal responses

Tertiary qualification in a relevant technology, business, or marketing discipline

2 - 5 years' experience in consulting and/or CRM implementation in an enterprise environment

Functional or techno-functional expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Marketing Cloud; development experience in Apex, VisualForce, Force.com, Java/J2EE, or AMPScript

Experience contributing to RFP responses and strong understanding of Agile/Iterative delivery methodology

Good articulation and communication skills in English; ability to travel locally and abroad
