Motion Graphics Designer - Shopee

This role focuses on creating high-impact animation videos and motion graphics for marketing campaigns. You will design engaging promotional content for social media and livestreams, ensuring high visual quality across various formats. The position requires strong proficiency in Adobe After Effects and the ability to produce professional motion graphics for both online and large-format displays. You will collaborate closely with marketing teams to translate campaign concepts into visual assets while maintaining strict brand consistency.

• Design engaging animation videos using motion effects and transitions for promotional ads and social media content.
• Produce high-resolution motion graphics and background visuals for livestreams, live events, and large-format out-of-home displays.
• Create high-quality motion graphics and visual content optimized for online platforms using Adobe After Effects.
• Develop visual supers and 2D or 3D assets based on project requirements.
• Ensure all designs follow brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency across channels.
• Adapt campaign visuals into different formats and sizes for multiple platforms.
• Work closely with marketing, content, and campaign teams to translate concepts into visual designs.
• Take ownership of assigned projects and ensure timely delivery while maintaining high design quality.

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Communication Arts, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience as a Video Motion and Graphic Designer.
• Experienced in Adobe After Effects.
• Good skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro.
• Strong understanding of art fundamentals, composition, and color theory.
• Experienced in video compositing including green screen removal, color grading, motion tracking, and rotoscoping.

• Experience with Element 3D or Blender.
• Strong portfolio or showreel demonstrating motion graphics and animation skills.
