Associate, True Sphere @ Suvarnabhumi Airport

True Corporation is hiring an Associate for the True Sphere lounge at Suvarnabhumi Airport. The role focuses on delivering first-class service to customers, including food and beverage service, payment handling, usage inquiries, and promotion setup, while driving sales of True products and solutions. The associate also handles after-sales support, complaint resolution, and daily operations such as finance, inventory, systems, and fraud prevention.

Candidates need a bachelor's degree in a computer-related field such as Computer Engineering or Information Technology, at least one year of customer service experience, and familiarity with data/operating systems. Good personality, service mindset, English communication skills, ability to work shifts (5 days/week), and F&B service knowledge are required.

Provide food and beverage service and information about True Sphere, True Black Card benefits, and promotions to customers

Manage daily True Sphere operations including finance, inventory, environment, and systems, and prevent fraud

Recommend and promote True group products and solutions to customers

Handle customer complaints and after-sales service inquiries, coordinating with related units to resolve issues

Process payments, usage inquiries, promotion changes, and manage daily financial, tax, and documentation systems

Bachelor's degree or higher in a computer-related field such as Computer Engineering or Information Technology

At least 1 year of customer service experience

Experience working with data systems and operating systems

Good personality, polite, with negotiation skills and proper service attitude

Able to communicate in English well

Able to work shifts (5 days per week)

Knowledge of food and beverage service
